This customer was referred to us by another satisfied client. About a year after purchasing their home this young couple decided to update their downstairs bathroom and laundry room. The young couple was unsure about the design and layout that they wanted. After consulting with ConnReno they received unique creative recommendations which increased the value of their home. This project required new plumbing, custom tile work, luxurious mounted fixtures, electrical rewiring and new recessed lighting. Customer called in on our 24/7 emergency line to report water damage to their bathroom. ConnReno arrived on the scene shortly after receiving their emergency call and immediately diagnosed the issue which was a popped diverter. A popped diverter is a mechanism that reroutes the water from a bathtub faucet to a showerhead. The customer had multiple options and decided to move forward with a complete bathroom renovation. This entailed creating a custom built-in shower with a marble-like tile design and a a niche (a permanent recessed shower shelf). ConnReno also installed a custom shower seat, custom barn-style glass slider shower doors, a new bathroom window, a new toilet and a new vanity.
