ConnReno will guide you through the process of putting your home back together. Unlike other companies that constantly hand your restoration project to different people and subcontractors, when you work with ConnReno you will have one single point of contact throughout the process. We are family owned and operated and specialize in all aspects of fire, smoke and water mitigation and restoration. While some companies may claim they will treat you like family, we mean it. Whether it be emergency services the night of a fire, to content cleaning, smoke mitigation, or the complete rebuild of your home, ConnReno does it all.

After a fire you may feel overwhelmed or just don’t know what to do. We understand this can be a very stressful time for you. ConnReno is here to help you every step of the way starting from boarding up your house and securing it from further damage to completely restoring your home, making it look like your fire never happened.

After a fire you generally will be approached by several different companies possibly including a referral from your insurance company, it’s critical to understand the difference between a “general contractor”, “mitigation company” and “Fire Damage Mitigation/Restoration Company”.  ConnReno is the only known fire damage restoration company in Connecticut who solely handles fire losses.

Brian is the founder of ConnReno and has been in the industry for over 20 years. Brian prides himself on the old school values and morals, and is a handshake kind of guy. Brian makes it his business to ensure that no homeowner is taken advantage of and receives only the highest level of service irregardless of the job size.

Jim brings a level of quality assurance to the team, as a previous 17 year manager of a large Fortune 500 company in the service industry,  Jim has the ability to manage many projects at one time and ensure they all get done to the ConnReno standard. Jim’s vast knowledge in the service industry makes him a highly valued employee.

Katie Teodosio

Director of Emergency Services

Katie joined our team in early 2020, coming from the medical field for many years Katie is the compassion and heart of ConnReno. Her role as Director of Emergency Services couldn’t fit her any better, if you’re unfortunate enough to have a fire in your home and have the pleasure of meeting Katie you will know what we mean.

Tom has been in the mitigation, restoration, and construction industry for over 14 years. He has been a valued employee of ConnReno for since its Inception. Tom is an extremely dedicated, loyal employee and willing to do whatever it takes for our company. Tom is willing to go the extra mile to make sure our customers are pleased with their homes.

Content Manager

Jaxson’s customer service reputation proceeds him. His uplifting attitude boosts our coworkers and customers morale. Jaxson specializes in Content Restoration. Jaxson treats our customers contents as if it were his own. He also ensures that everyone does the same. Jaxson takes pride in his work and keeps a punctual inventory to ensure all goods are accounted for.

Lou joined our ConnReno team in early 2018 as a restoration specialist with a background specializing in flooring and hard scales. He has a keen eye for detail and ensures that each job is to our customers standards.
