Located in Hartford, CT this dwelling sustained major fire damage to the structure which required the property to undergo both an exterior and interior demolition and reconstruction.
The homeowner elected to hire ConnReno for Fire Restoration, the interior of this entire dwelling was removed back to the sheathing of the home, newly framed, a new roofing system, siding, and windows took place. The interior is also brand new from the walls in! The customer elected to keep the Harwood floors because of the age of the home so we were able to salvage them nicely! This 3-Family now has a full and code compliant fire system as well as a laundry room for tenants.
