Located in Bristol, CT this dwelling sustained a minor grease fire however smoke damage to the structure which required the property to undergo both an exterior and interior demolition and reconstruction.
The homeowner elected to hire ConnReno for Fire Restoration, after the mitigation took place and walls were removed, we decided to open up the floor plan and give the house a more modern layout.
The homeowner is back in the property and has a beautiful home with large kitchen and baths.
