Basement Renovation

For this project ConnReno was tasked with creating a living space in a previously unfinished, uninsulated, and unusable basement. After drawing the floorplans and presenting the customer with our Matterport 3D Design, we began to frame the new family room. This basement was fully framed, insulated, added new HVAC ducts, additional plumbing and electrical. Since this basement was custom designed specifically for their children’s enjoyment ConnReno created a kid-friendly one-of-a-kind tunnel that is sure to excite their children for years to come. For the adults in the home, ConnReno designed and constructed a beautiful granite-topped wet bar, custom tiling and carpeting throughout the finished basement and stairwell.
