The customer called ConnReno because they needed experts to completely renovate the interior and exterior of their home in under a month. This customer happened to be a real estate investor and was preparing to move out of the state. Since they were on a time crunch they asked ConnReno to make virtually all of the design and layout decisions so they could focus on their personal move. We were happy to assist them and started with the demolition process. In just a few days the interior was gutted down to the studs. At the same time we started the exterior renovation. The house was not properly maintained for years and needed all new plumbing, an upgraded electrical panel, all new electric wiring, hardwood floors, new door throughout the home and new energy efficient windows. ConnReno was able to complete the entire restoration on budget and within the thirty day time frame given by the customer.

The customer contacted us after an electrical fire that started in her basement. She was in shock and needed personal assistance dealing with this harsh situation. She had lived in this house with her late husband and her son. Since she had lived in the home for nearly 50 years, there was a lot of personal property that had to be packed, labeled and thoroughly cleaned. Once we assessed what parts of the home could be salvaged, we got to work.

ConnReno preformed a complete interior gut of the home down to the studs, the home was completely rebuild and of course special touches we’re added to make the homeowner happy.
